Do We Need A Colour Kindle

With the Kindle being such a good thing, holding as many books as it does, and any amount of other things that you can think of in its favour, do we really need a colour Kindle. Personally  I think this will be a great improvement, OK maybe it's not so important if you just want to chill out and read a book on the beach.  But consider the poor student or teacher that need to carry books around with them to just get on with there normal day.I should imagine for somebody like a medical student then this would be invaluable. Lets face it a text book full of black and white pictures would not have the same appeal. There is also the thing of children's books with there illustrations these would not be the same in black and white either. I definitely think there is a lot of scope for a colour Kindle. How about books on art these won't be any good in black and white.

With every body eagerly waiting for the announcement of the new Kindle 4, what sort of things are you hoping to see. Well for starters a touch screen would be brilliant, this will suit people with limited mobility in there hands, and free up space enabling a larger reading screen to be possible. An audio kindle might also be beneficial for people who are visually impaired. We tend to think of technology being more for younger people but i am sure a lot of the older generation will have many uses for it as well. They may require help as far as downloads an all that side of it goes, but you don't necessarily have to be that old to require help with modern technology. I think that the new generation of kindles could help both visually and mobility impaired people young and old.
