Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe with Beef

There is a lot of talk about eating clean these days, but for many people who have this wish, they just don’t have the time required to prepare meals themselves. Let’s face it – we are all busy these days and the idea of cooking all of your foods can be a little overwhelming!  Eating clean is simply using only ingredients that are organic that have no sort of chemical in them or in the way they were grown. It involves eating in a way in which everything that you put into your mouth actually helps your body and improves your overall health.  This means that fast foods and packaged foods do not have a place in this type of meal plan.  Staying away from harmful preservatives goes a long way towards improving your overall health and lowering your chances of developing chronic disease.  This makes your overall health better as you are eating healthier foods this way. An easy meal to do which contains all the food groups is a stir fry. Here is one of my most favorite stir fry recipes that I think you will love as much as me.
